When Mo realizes her intentions, she must reconsider her cynicism towards soulmates or risk losing Anne for good.

A short film made in my second year (2019) Director : Mia Pentz Cinematographer : Séanne van Horsten Producer : Mandisa Nkambule Editor : Ashlin Winckler Synopsis Dingikhaya, a young girl struggling to find her place in society embarks upon a long journey of self acceptance and discovery. Along the way she meets her future self who helps her accept herself, in the form of a bicycle bell. Dingikhaya struggles to see the importance of the bell and what it could have to offer. But eventually Dingikhaya realizes when one has all the bicycle pieces the bell is a symbol of self assurance and an indication that “I am here and I am not hiding “ At the end of the film Dingikhaya returns to her village with her new found self acceptance and passes the bell onto a young girl. Riding away into the distance Dingikhaya's red cocoon like cloth she uses to hide from the world blows away, in the last step of shedding who she once was.
